the most recent happenings of my life:
i bought two pairs of new shoes, and i am deeply in love.
i discovered this really bizarre dating site. i mean, like whoa.
loving this article on why printed books will never die. mostly this quote.
officially one month since i went gluten free! things are going exceptionally well around these parts, except for the weak moments when i walk by the bread aisle and feel like this:

i started watching the west wing on netflix and now i am obsessed. (anyone with me?)
a glasses company mailed me a pair of large hipstery frames and asked me to review them, so...those large hipstery frames and i are going to have a lot of adventures to make sure we properly know one another before i go posting any kind of review. it's the ladylike thing to do.
and those are all my things to share.

Soo..those shoes are to die for.
Woah.... That dating site is trippy...
your glasses are rad. and i love your george michael gif. :)
I've been waiting for some mention of West Wing. I'd like a longer posts with thoughts and feeling. Please.
Scott and I were just talking about starting The West Wing last night. We didn't though, because I can't help but think it's for old people. I think we might have to give it a try now.
Oooh! Disclaimers: Some of my friends claim they loved it right off the bat but it took me like 4 or 5 episodes to really like it. I don't know a ton about politics so at first I was just kind of confused about who was doing what, but it all quickly became easier for me to follow. Plus, the character's personal-life stories really pick up and get addictive! Plus the show won several Emmy's back in the day so that's saying something? I definitely say give it a few episodes and see what you think!
Paul and I JUST started watching the West Wing on netflix as well. We are on episode 10 or something. I love it so far. Do you also watch Psych? I love Gus/Charlie. So much. Also, not to rub it in or anything, but I ate three slices of homemade whole wheat bread (wheat I ground myself, thankyouverymuch) with homemade strawberry jam (just strawberries, honey, and pectin) for breakfast this morning. And it.was.delicious. Nomnomnom.
ahahaha. i love "your reaction" to the bread aisle.
Emily Burt has been trying to get to my start watching The West Wing, but I am torn. I just started Arrested Development and love it (which by some coincidence has the child actor who appears in your little fall on your face picture).
What do I have to do to get a glasses company to mail me glasses to review? Glasses are kind of addiction of mine. I ALWAYS need another pair. Pretty jealous of your good fortune in the four-eyes dept.
Ooo i'm loving those shoes, especially with the polka dot tights! and i'm already loving the large hispter frames, they're looking cute on you :)

Love the George Michael gif. It caused much laughter.
Thank you! I have worn the ankle boots about....4 times in the last week.
Surriously! And take a second to read a couple of the profiles. I was dyyyying.
Thanks, and thanks :) It makes me laugh every time I look at it.
haha yes miss fuzzypants!
Haha you suck a little bit for that. But I will not resent you for enjoying bread. Someone needs to! Also...Psych. YES.
I could watch that clip all day, hahah
I think we live parallel lives, because I watched arrested dev before finding west wing. Except I only made it through most of one season of AD before getting distracted. Which is funny, because AD looks like ADD. So...
Thank you! And thanks for stopping by the blog :)
So I heard from so many people! The addiction is new for me, but I can feel it growing inside. haha
I looked at it approximately 25 times yesterday, as needed, to make the work day just that much better.
Good job sticking with the gluten free diet! Seriously that would be hard! But you can totally do it! (I love the video!) The glasses and shoes are adorable on you!
Thanks Celeste! Thankfully I have not actually collapsed on any grocery store floors in agony by the pastry section. Oh pastries!
